PROVISIONAL MULTIHULL CRITERIUM NOTICE OF RACE
To the Eurolymp Regatta Notice of Race

Venue
Multihull Criterium 2000, for Multihull Classes, will be held in Anzio on 25th and 26th March 2000.

Organizing Authority
The Organizing Authority is the Roma Sail Week Association, in conjunction with the Italian Sailing Federation (FIV) and with the support of the italian Navy and the City of Anzio.

Classes
Hobie Cat 16, Hobie Cat 18, Formula 18, Dart, A Class.

Rules
The regatta shall be governed by:
• the ISAF Rules 1997-2000 and relevant appendices,
• the Notice of Race,
• the Sailing Instructions,
• the Class Rules.

Category
The Regatta is classified as a B category event. Any specific Class Rule concerning advertising is automatically altered, so that all competitors may display advertising according to Category B.
Yachts may be required to display a sticker of the event sponsor on either side on the forward 25% of the hull or on either side of the main sail.

Entries
Racing License (F.I.V. membership card for Italian sailors), Class Association card for 2000, Measurement or Conformity Certificate and Measurement Form of the yacht.
The advanced entry closing date is 24^th March 2000.

Prizes
Final prizes will be awarded to the top three competitors in each class.

Special Prizes
Special prizes will be indicated in the Notice of Race. Other gifts will be offered as prizes and will be draw amongst all the competitors.

Registration
Competitors shall register at the Regatta Office in Anzio Friday 24^{th March} from 09.00 hrs to 19.00 hrs.
Each crew shall give the Regatta Office:
• Racing License and Class Association Card,
• insurance,
• Measurement Certificate and Measurement form of the yacht.

Measurement
Each sail authorized by Class Rules shall be previously measured and stamped by an Official Measurer.

Sailing Instructions
Sailing instructions will be handed to participants on the registration.

Schedule
The first race will start at 11.00 hrs, Saturday 25^th March.

Right to use name and images
In participating to the Roma Sail Week (RSW), a competitor automatically grants to the Organizing Authority and the sponsors of the RSW the right in perpetuity to make use and show, from time to time and at their discretion, any motion pictures, still motion pictures, live or taped films or videos, on television and/or other media, showing him/her during the period of the RSW, as well as to use such contents in any material related to the RSW without compensation.

Logistics
Possible facilitation concerning hotel fees and accomodation will be communicated within the official Notice of Race.

Social events
Excursion and visit to Rome, concerning the Jubilee 2000 will be organized with the framework of social events and will be duly communicated with special notice.
