I agree to be bound by the rules of the ISAF 1997/2000, by the Sailing Instructions and the Notice of Race. I declare to take on myself any responsibility on the nautical qualities of my yacht, the rigging, the crew's ability, and the safety equipment. I also declared to assume any responsibility for damages caused to third persons or their belongings, to myself or to my belongings, ashore and at sea in consequence of my participation in the regatta, relieving from any responsibility the Organising Committee and all persons involved in the organisation under whatever qualification. The Owners assumes the responsibility of notifying his crew to this effect. I am acquainted with ISAF Part 1 Fundamental Rule "4": a boat is solely responsible for deciding whether or not to start or to continue racing. Furthermore the signatory agrees: - to abide by the rules of the competition and general conditions of the Regatta - to accept full responsibility for the behaviour and dress of the yacht's crew representatives and guests
